Best Customer Experience in the World, World Communications Awards 2020
Macquarie have won a global award for ‘Customer Experience’ at the 2020 World Communications Awards in London last month. Running for its 22nd year the World Communications Awards recognises innovation and excellence for global telecoms and now extends across the full gamut of the ICT industry.
All submissions are reviewed and critiqued by a panel of 60 international expert judges and award winners were announced at the Awards event in London on the 28th October 2020.
Macquarie staved off challenges from finalists from four different countries (Italy, Sweden, Hong Kong and Portugal) to take out the highly prized award; thanks mainly to our ability to achieve and maintain a Net Promoter Score that was rated amongst the world’s best.
Macquarie would never have been able to achieve such solid NPS if not for all of our valued customers, who consistently respond to our NPS surveys. It is this ongoing feedback that enables us to pivot when needed to ‘raise the bar’ and be better for them every day.
