We have developed and implemented several programs to meet this objective. Our most established and recognised program is our 10-year Engineering Pathway. This program focuses on developing you from a graduate who is currently completing tertiary studies into a fully-fledged Architect. The program has been developed with flexibility in mind so that passions and strengths can be aligned with role.
We wholeheartedly believe that a focus on technical development is paramount to remain ahead of the game. This is incorporated into our Engineering program and all other layers of the business. We support this technical development through the provision of training to obtain externally recognised certifications and accreditations and internal knowledge sharing.
In addition, we take a strengths-based approach to what we do. We believe that by focusing on what people do really well and by having the right players in the right position you can increase performance. That’s why we have made a significant investment into the Gallup Strengths program with every individual who joins us in undertaking the training and ongoing development.

Our typical recruitment process will look like the following:

We hire graduates with a range of degrees including Engineering, Maths, IT & Computer Sciences.
We are constantly on the lookout for talented graduates and recruit all year round!
You don’t have to be in your final year. We accept penultimate year students, final year students and those who have graduated recently. All we ask is that you can commit to full-time hours of 38 hours a week – bearing in mind this can be done via shift work and not just your normal 9-5.
As we recruit all year round, our graduates can commence any time.
Our graduate engineers emerge from the 2-year program with skills, experience and accreditations that place them a grade above a Tier 1 Network Operations Centre role.
