When you just don’t feel like talking – launching the Macquarie Cloud Services Portal

At Macquarie Cloud Services, we’re proudly different, and I mean it. Our service model has multiple layers; immediate local support from our Hosting Management Centre (HMC), named CMND engineers and service delivery managers who partner with your business and become an extension of your team.

And… just like the big public cloud guys, we have Portals and APIs for those tasks (and days!) where talking is over-rated. Here’s a sound bite about our two home-made portals;

  • MacquarieView is wide ranging and mature, its spans across Cloud Services to the other Macquarie Telecom businesses. The focus is on inventory, support, status monitoring (Inview), billing and allocations it provides a view of all your services and spend in one place.
  • Macquarie Cloud Services Portal is the new kid on the block, providing a single pane of glass to consume, manage and understand your Cloud Services. It’s for real time management inventory, management and provisioning… the web-app is backed by RESTful APIs which are exposed to customers too, in case you’re into that DevOps caper.

These two and the growing number of Vendor tools we offer are seamlessly accessible via single sign-on with opt-in 2FA and customer-managed user management. Cool – huh?

It gets better! Well it does if you’re a dev type who would rather cut some code than click around a pretty UI or talk to another human being. Integrate directly with our APIs or the underlying Vendor APIs and Infrastructure as code here we come…

I took one step too far, didn’t I? While those APIs sound amazing, you’re not quite ready to use them yet and that’s okay. We’ve got you covered. We can build or change your environment for you, or we can (figuratively) hold your hand and build it with you via the Portal or APIs. Your call.
